We ensure that transaction between buyer and seller is seamless. In case of dispute, return, refund or any issue during the shipment, Fyaril steps in to ensure buyer and seller interests are protected.
Payment in Escrow
We take payment from the buyers to Fyaril account. Payments are held in escrow till a certain duration and released at a later stage.
Set Payment Milestones
Buyers and vendors agree on specific milestones, like shipping or delivery, after which funds are partially or fully released.

Monitor Transaction Status
Both parties can view the status of payment through the platform. Transparency is ensured via a user-friendly interface that tracks progress.

Product Quality Protection
Product quality protection guarantees that the buyer receives goods that meet the specifications agreed upon in the contract. Inspections are held at the factory before the shipment followed by third party checks and required certifications are submitted as agreed upon. If the product delivered is substandard or different from the agreed-upon terms, the buyer can claim compensation or a refund.

Request Samples
Buyers can request for product sampling in advance to check product quality an standards.
